Construction Project Manager
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. The role requires close collaboration with engineers, architects, and site teams to deliver successful building projects.

Project Manager Key Responsibilities:
Oversee construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring safety, quality, and budget requirements are met at every stage.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Develop project schedules and monitor progress
- Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations
- Manage budgets and resource allocation effectively
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
- Prepare reports and updates for stakeholders
- Lead project meetings and resolve site issues promptly
- Maintain documentation and project records accurately
Education / Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and building codes
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Experience with project scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills


Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000/year
- Compensation based on experience, certifications, and project portfolio
